Sales policy:
Kids will be dam raised. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the list price is required to hold any kid until weaning/pickup. No deposit will be accepted until kids are on the ground and retaining selection has been made. Once a deposit has been received chosen kid will be placed as “pending” until paid in full and picked up. Kids must be picked up within 30 days of weaning or the deposit will be forfeited and kids will go back up for sale. Buyer is responsible for this information.
